lay-a-ways are Final.
By sending us an email requesting
the lay-a-way plan -- means you have read the terms of
this lay-a-way agreement and agree
to
these terms.
If you see something you like and you want
to put it on lay-a-way please email me stating you have
read our terms and agree. For email Subject type:
"Layaway" -- Then copy and paste into your email
the Title and/or Description of the jewelry item you
want. Send email to: ebay@atlantajunction.com
When I
receive your email you will be
sent instructions on how to pay your deposit and
future payments each
month.
LAY-A-WAY
TERMS:

We require 20%
of the total (including
S/H costs) for the
down-payment/deposit.
After we
receive your email requesting
Lay-a-way...we will send you an email giving you the
total amount you need to pay for your first down-payment
(deposit).
Pay your deposit following the instructions within this
email.
Payment towards your balance due
must be made sometime within a 30 day period, from the
date of your first down-payment. And every
month thereafter until the balance is paid.
You can choose how much to pay
each month, but we must receive some kind of payment
each month until it is paid off. The Balance
must be paid off by the end of 6 months.*
It is up to you to
remember when your next payment is
due. It is suggested that you pick a date
that is easy for you to remember. (Such as the 1st of
every month, or the 15th, or every pay day etc...)
You will not get a reminder notice from us. We
cannot possibly keep track of when your payment is due
nor spend man hours tracking you down.
Each time we receive a payment
from you--we will send you a receipt for your payment
along with the remaining balance due.
If you fail to make a payment within
a 60 day period the sales transaction will go into
default and will be VOIDED.
Failure to pay off the balance due
within 6 months from the date of your first
deposit/payment the sales transaction will be
VOIDED.
*VOIDED TRANSACTIONS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE.
As soon as your balance is paid
in full we ship your Jewelry to you immediately.
